In Built Features :

1.    Made from special quality steel.
2.    Hardened and ground to 55 to 60 HRC.
3.    Ground and finished on four sides.
4.    Precision Ground  in matched pairs.
5.    Variations in matched parallels is within 0.005 mm.
6.    Thickness, width and length are nominal and
        within + 0.1 mm upto 200 mm length.
7.    Accuracy for Parallelism and Squareness is
        + 0.005 mm upto 200mm Length and
        + 0.010 mm upto 450mm length.
8.    All the four sides are chamfered.
